- Orange Juice1 cup
- White wine1/3 cup
- Water1/3 cup
- Corn Starch2 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cloves1 coffee spoon
- Blonde1 unit(s)
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it begins to brown. Let it form a crust at the bottom of the pan.
- Add the wine, water and finally the orange juice. Season with salt, sugar, bay leaf and cloves. Stir well.
- Let it boil and lower the heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaf and cloves and puree in a blender. Strain.
- Dissolve the starch in a little water, add the strained broth and lead to low heat until it thickens!
