- Vegetable broth200 ml
- Bread crumbs100 g
- Flour50 g
- Parsley Oil to taste
- paprika to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the minced meat with chopped onion, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, thyme, breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, grated cheese and parsley. Mix well and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
- We cut the vegetables in bulk and put them on a tray. Season the vegetables by adding salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and vegetable stock.
- Form meatballs by placing a piece of cheese in the middle. Dip them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Place the meatballs in the pan on top of the vegetables. Add the oil and paprika.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for 40 minutes, placing aluminum foil.
- After removing the foil, bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
