- Water for cooking to taste
- In a pan, sauté the ground meat with the cumin, salt, shrimp, coloring, pepper, sazon, knorr, parsley, in sweet oil, add water to cook and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the flour, margarine and grated cheese and knead everything until the dough is soft.
- Cut the dough into slices with the help of a glass, fill with the cheese, the meat is ready.
- Close the pastry with the other end of the dough, pressing the ends so it doesn't open and place the pastries on a baking sheet greased with margarine and wheat flour.
- Brush with egg yolk and put in the oven.
- Remove from oven when golden
