- Mozzarella150 g
- Milk Cream1/2 unit(s)
- Green Smell50 g
- Sauce1/2 unit(s)
- Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper to taste
- In a pan with a high bottom, put a drizzle of olive oil and add chicken cut into cubes to brown. Then you can add the onion in cubes to gold too.
- Add the tomato cut into cubes and the corn, to sauté. Add tomato sauce and sour cream. Mix well. Add the olives and diced ham. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rice and the green smell, mix well. In a refractory, place a layer of rice and cheese, then another layer of rice. Finally the layer of cheese and take it to gratin in the oven for 20 minutes.
