- Ready-to-eat rice (I usually use leftovers)3 cup
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Diced onion1 unit(s)
- Bacon to taste
- Pepperoni to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Sour cream4 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients except the mozzarella.
- Place in a refractory. Top with the mozzarella. (Decorating with bacon is also great.)
- Place on low heat for 25 minutes and serve.
