- Preparation mode: In a form mix all the ingredients lastly grated parmesan on top Cover the shape with aluminum foil and place in the oven at a temperature of 180 to 200c for 20 minutes with aluminum foil and 10 minutes without aluminum foil for the mozzarella to brown well.
