- Chopped ham200 g
- grated mozzarella300 g
- Salt1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, green corn, peas, carrots, 100 grams of mozzarella, 100 grams of ham and green onions.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, along with the milk and cream. Then add this mixture with the rice.
- In a greased shape add the rice mixture and to finish add 100 grams of ham and 200 grams of mozzarella on top.
- Then put it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
