- Crushed garlic2 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 unit(s)

- Bacon, diced200 g
- Cooked and crushed pine nuts300 g
- Salt to taste

- Fry the bacon dripping water until it starts to release the fat.
- When it starts to fry, add the garlic and let it brown. Put the rice and salt, sauté and let it cook on low heat.
- In a pan, place the margarine, let it melt, add the nutmeg if you are going to use it, otherwise go straight to the pine nuts. Cook, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn.
- Add the cream and let it boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the fire
- Dish assembly. In a refractory, alternate layers of cream rice, finish mixing well and finish with grated cheese.
