  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • grated cheese100 g
  • Bacon, diced200 g
  • Cooked and crushed pine nuts300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Smell Chopped Apple1 unit(s)
  • Optional nutmeg1 unit(s)
  • Water8 cup
  1. Fry the bacon dripping water until it starts to release the fat.
  2. When it starts to fry, add the garlic and let it brown. Put the rice and salt, sauté and let it cook on low heat.
  3. In a pan, place the margarine, let it melt, add the nutmeg if you are going to use it, otherwise go straight to the pine nuts. Cook, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn.
  4. Add the cream and let it boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the fire
  5. Dish assembly. In a refractory, alternate layers of cream rice, finish mixing well and finish with grated cheese.
