- Chicken100 g
- Pork ribs100 g
- Cordorna Egg1 cup
- Cherry tomato1 cup
- Ready crackling1/2 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Vegetable broth500 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Start by frying the proteins one at a time, keeping the crust that forms at the bottom of the pan (bacon, pepperoni chicken & pork ribs)
- Return with the proteins already fruits in the pan and Enter with the rice in saute well
- Add the onion and garlic and the vegetable stock until the rice is completely covered.
- Season with salt and pepper and let it cook
- With the rice well cooked, finish with the tomatoes, crackling and green smell
