- Beef chuck cut into cubes1 kg
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Color to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Potatoes5 unit(s)
- Water (until the meat is covered)500 ml
- Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker, place the oil, the chopped onion, salt to taste, let it cook and add the chopped garlic, add the chopped meat. Let it cook for about 15 minutes. Add the coloring, mix well. Add water until the meat is covered. Cover the pan and let it get pressure. Cook for about 25 min. Remove from the fire, wait for the pressure to release and add the potato and the green smell, return the pressure for about 10 min. Good appetite.
