Ingredients

Macaroni500 g
sausage250 g
Sazo1 to taste
Onion1 to taste
Garlic1 unit(s)
Oil1 to taste
Fresh coriander1 to taste

In a pan put the water the salt let it boil add the noodles and leave for 10 minutes
On a cutting board, cut the sausages into small pieces, cut the chopped onion and garlic.
In a frying pan add a thread of oil put the onion and garlic stir well add the sausage and the sazo stir well for 5 minutes put the chopped cilantro on top
Remove the noodles from the heat and take a colander and put the noodles to drain the water.
In a platter, add the pasta and sausage, mix everything and that's it.
