- Cassava flour250 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Peixinho da Horta leaves10/15 unit(s)
- Extra olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter50 g
- Salt to taste
- In a large skillet or pan, lightly brown the onion over low heat.
- Add the flour and stir constantly until golden, being careful not to overcook it or it will become bitter.
- Taste from time to time and when it is almost done, add salt and the Peixinho leaves chopped into 1cm squares and keep stirring until they are dry and crispy.
- Turn off the heat and keep stirring for another 2/3 minutes and it's ready.
