- olive oil3 tablespoon
- chili pepper40 unit(s)
- garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- chili pepper6 unit(s)
- Sliced red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Bring the vinegar, water, sugar and oil to a boil.
- When it boils, add the chili peppers, red onion, garlic cloves, chili pepper and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Put it in a clean glass jar (I used olives), then close it and put it in the fridge, let it settle for a few days.
