- Sugar2 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar80 ml
- Cut the apples into small pieces, with skin and seeds
- Put the sliced apples in a pan with the water
- Let it cook over low heat for approximately 1 hour, until the apples are very soft (as much as possible to make a puree)
- Strain the water to separate the liquid from the apples.
- Put 1 glass of apple water in a blender and mix it with the peppers.
- Put the rest of the juice, the sugar and the juice beaten with the peppers in a pan and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Put the vinegar and stir well, it will stop boiling
- When it boils again, test the point (check if it already has the consistency of jelly)
- If it hasn't reached the point yet, leave it in the fire a little longer and check.
