  • Apple Cider Vinegar80 ml
  1. Cut the apples into small pieces, with skin and seeds
  2. Put the sliced apples in a pan with the water
  3. Let it cook over low heat for approximately 1 hour, until the apples are very soft (as much as possible to make a puree)
  4. Strain the water to separate the liquid from the apples.
  5. Put 1 glass of apple water in a blender and mix it with the peppers.
  6. Put the rest of the juice, the sugar and the juice beaten with the peppers in a pan and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Put the vinegar and stir well, it will stop boiling
  8. When it boils again, test the point (check if it already has the consistency of jelly)
  9. If it hasn't reached the point yet, leave it in the fire a little longer and check.
