- 1. Grate the apple. 2. Finely chop all the pitted peppers. 3. Chop the garlic clove. 4. Add all items to the pan and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until the water has reduced to a jelly-like consistency. 5. Let it cool and put it in a well-sanitized airtight pot. Tip 1: Remove the cinnamon stick from the Half cooking time. It will perfume the jam without highlighting the Flavor. Tip 2: if you like the jelly more Spicy can put a little of the pepper pits 3. The apple peel makes the jelly redder. If you prefer a more translucent jelly, just peel the apple before grating it. Yields around 250g of jam
