Gala apple

Descasque e retire os miolos das maçãs. Depois rale as maçãs em ralador médio.  

Peel and remove the core of the apples. Then grate the apples on a medium grater.

Adicione o suco do limão na maçã e o açúcar. 

Add the lemon juice to the apple and the sugar.

Retire toda semente e cabo da pimenta. Corte a pimenta em cubinhos bem minúsculos e adicione a geléia.

Remove all seeds and pepper stem. Cut the pepper into very tiny cubes and add the jam.

Leve ao fogo e misture bem, deixe ferver e vá sempre mexendo até atingir o ponto de geléia. 

Bring to the boil and mix well, let it boil and keep stirring until it reaches the jelly point.
