- Sanitize the peppers (if you don't want it too strong, just remove the seeds)
- In a pan put a thread of oil and sauté the garlic or onion.
- After sautéing, put all the ingredients, your seasoning (to taste). Cover the pan and let it cook until the liquid reduces for at least 20 minutes on high heat.
- Wait for it to cool, remove the bay leaves, put it in the blender and blend everything very well (be careful when opening the lid of both the pan and the blender because of the smell)
