- Pepperoni200 g

- Chimichurri to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cook the potatoes with salt, drain the water and set aside. Fry the bacon and pepperoni, remove excess oil and add onion and fry well. Still in the fire, add the boiled potato, olive oil, mix well, turn off the fire and add olives, chimichurri, oregano and parsley to taste.
