- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the pepperoni until lightly golden.
- Add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cream, season with salt, mix and then serve with rice and potato sticks. A tip: I served it with potato ruffles and it was great!
