- Chicken broth150 ml
- Cheese to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Red Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Cut the onions and potatoes. We put them on a tray.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add the oil.
- We make incisions in the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper.
- We put pieces of cheese on the cuts. Place the chicken meat on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with thyme and add the chicken stock.
- Place aluminum foil on top of the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with paprika and bake for 15 minutes.
