- Potato1 kg
- Milk1 l
- Butter200 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Salt to taste
- Water500 ml
- Seasonings (knot nutmeg, coriander, black pepper, fresh garlic, onion) to taste
- Cook the potato whole and WITH THE SKIN in the milk and water, seasoned to taste, for approximately 40 minutes or until you feel it coming off the fork easily.
- Remove the skin from the potato, place it in a container and mash it while it is still hot (do not use a blender).
- Add the butter and cream Milk, mix well and add salt to taste.
- Ready, your perfect puree can now go to the table.
