- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 unit(s)
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend well until the sauce reaches a very thick consistency. Test the salt, if necessary add more and beat again
- If there are any pieces of ice left, just remove them with a spoon.
- Store in a glass jar with a lid for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
