- Parmesan cheese150 g
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Black pepper to taste
- Grate the Parmesan cheese.
- In a bowl add the garlic, salt and chestnuts. Take a mixer and grind everything until it's well crushed. (If you are going to make it in the pestle, mash everything very well)
- Add the basil and also grind. Add the grated cheese, olive oil and black pepper. Give it a final mix and it's ready.
