- Water200 ml
- White Vinegar375 ml
- Olive oil250 ml
- Start by washing the peppers. After that, pass the brine, this solution will help to reduce the humidity of the vinegar, allowing the vinegar to be better absorbed.
- Use a liter of water with approximately 350g of salt and leave the peppers to soak in the brine with a little vinegar for 24 hours then remove the excess with a cloth.
- Remove the stalks from the peppers and cut them as you prefer, they can be used whole or sliced.
- Discard the solution with vinegar, insert the peppers in a sterilized glass jar, fill with oil and zaeite if you prefer and store.
