- Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Hot water4 cup
- Grated cheese (I used half mozzarella and half parmesan)100 g
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon and zest1/2 unit(s)
- Cook regular rice: sauté the garlic, add the rice and fry well before adding the hot water.
- Cook until dry. Turn off the fire and still hot, add squeezed lemon, cheese, milk cream and lemon zest. Stir everything and it's ready!
