- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Onion, diced1 unit(s)
- Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Tomatoes without skin, diced1 unit(s)
- Leftover rice2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Grated or diced carrots1 cup
- Boiled green beans1 cup
- Pea1 can(s)
- Canned corn1 can(s)
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the butter with the oil and sauté the garlic, onion and peppers until softened.
- Add the tomato and sauté a little more.
- Turn off the heat and mix the rice, the raw grated carrot (or cooked if it is in cubes) the also cooked pod, add the pea, the corn, and the green smell
- Season with salt to taste and neck with a parsley leaf.
