- Start by soaking your beans for about 10 minutes in water.
- Then wash the beans under running water. Put water in the pressure cooker and 1 tablespoon of oil. And cover as soon as you get the pressure count for 20 minutes.
- Let the pressure go off on its own. In a small pan put 1 tablespoon of oil and the minced garlic. Fry until the garlic is golden and mix the beans.
- Let it boil for another 10 minutes until the broth thickens. And everyday beans are ready
