- From pitted green olives1/2 can(s)
- Cornstarch cornstarch1 cup
- Milk1 l
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Glass of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Preparation mode In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the chicken breast, let it brown, mix the tomato sauce, cover the pan and let it cook for about 15 min. Once the chicken is cooked and cooled, shred it. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and pour it into the pan with the remaining chicken broth and stir over the heat. Then add the shredded chicken and stir until the mixture thickens. Add olive oil and green corn and stir for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the cream and stir until smooth. And it will be ready.
