- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Tomato Passata1 cup
- Cooked Cornmeal1 cup
- Vegetable broth1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Okra200 g
- Fry ground beef seasoned with salt and black pepper
- With the ground beef, add the chopped onion, the chopped tomato and the tomato passata and let everything cook very well
- For the polenta, bring 1 liter of water to a boil together with the vegetable broth, as soon as it boils, add the cornmeal slowly stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Leave the polenta cooking, adjust the seasonings and when it is well cooked, taking it to the bottom, just serve it with the ground beef and the okra, which is just steamed
