- Medium onion - cut into small pieces1 unit(s)
- Sliced or grated medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Green Spice1/2 cup
- Peeled Tomato1 can(s)
- Meat (duckling or mattress)1 kg
- Brown sugar2 tablespoon
- Shoyu light2 tablespoon
- Water250 ml
- Salt20 g
- Black pepper20 g
- Put the oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onion and carrot.
- Add the meat already cut into small pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper, and sauté a little longer until the meat starts to release a lot of liquid.
- Add the other ingredients, stir well, cover the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, turn off the pan, wait for the pressure to release, open and adjust the salt if necessary.
- Serve with your favorite pasta, in this case we went from Tortei!
