- Green Smell2 cup
- Olive oil500 ml
- Soybean oil500 ml
- Apple Cider Vinegar250 ml
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- Northeast Sazom to taste
- Put the washed potatoes in a pan with water and salt until they are soft, hand uncooked.
- Cut the onions and the green smell
- Place the onions, parsley, olive oil, oil, vinegar and seasonings in a container.
- Check the salt and if the sauce is to your liking, you can add garlic powder if you like
- Add the potato and stir carefully so it doesn't fall apart.
- Take it to the fridge and cover the container with a lid or aluminum foil, leave it in the fridge for about 3 hours to add the flavors
- Can be served alone or as an accompaniment to the barbecue.
