- Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices (if you want, use a talker or mandolin so that they are all the same thickness)
- Cut a paper towel tray
- Place a large skillet with plenty of oil over high heat to heat.
- When the oil is hot, fry the potato slices without letting them brown too much, as they will become bitter.
- Remove the potatoes and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
