Descasque as batatas e coloque para cozinhar, em outra panela coloque a carne para cozinhar e adicione tempero de sua preferência.
Depois que as batatas cozinharem amasse elas, e deixe esfriar.
Frite a carne moída e tempere.
Coloque farinha, ovo e sal, na batata amassada.
Unte a mão com farinha e recheie e feche os bolinhos.
