- grated qualho cheese1 cup
- Blended pepperoni1 cup
- Coriander and chives0 to taste
- Fry the pepperoni in thick slices, drain the fat and pass it in the blender, cook the potatoes and mash well, then grate the cheese.
- Cut the cilantro and chives very small.
- Mix all the ingredients, shape balls with your hands and lightly mash them with a fork.
- Bake in an air fryer lined with aluminum foil at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- After roasting, open the air fryer and wait two minutes to remove the dumplings, as they are very soft (melted) while they are very hot.
- After that it can be used.
