- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Then bring to a boil with a little salt. He must be toothless. Reserve.
- Sauce: Place the garlic, onion and butter in a pan, saute well. Then dissolve the onion cream in a little milk, and add it to the stew, stirring constantly. Then add the rest of the milk, the cream, the grated cheese and finally the cream cheese. Mix a little more until you get a creamy sauce, but not too thick, always more liquid. Reserve.
- Mounting: In a refractory, put a little sauce and make layers of potato, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat this process until you finish with all the potatoes. In the end, it will always be sauce and mozzarella cheese...Oregano on top.
- Place in the oven to brown for approximately 30/40 minutes.
