Potato1 kg
Salt to taste
Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
Melted butter1/2 cup
Olive oil to taste
Fresh Oregano to taste
Bacon200 g
Parmesan or Gruiyer Cheese150 g

Start by sanitizing the potatoes and cutting them very thin.
Season and transfer to a refractory of your choice, I used this round one.
Then brown the chopped bacon and set aside. Put the melted butter on the potatoes and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
Put the cheese of your choice and bacon, finish with fresh oregano.
