- Bacon200 g
- Parmesan or Gruiyer Cheese150 g
- Start by sanitizing the potatoes and cutting them very thin.
- Season and transfer to a refractory of your choice, I used this round one.
- Then brown the chopped bacon and set aside. Put the melted butter on the potatoes and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Put the cheese of your choice and bacon, finish with fresh oregano.
