  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  1. Wash and dry the potato. Place each potato on a wooden spoon and make cuts every inch (the shape of the wooden spoon does not allow the knife to cut the potato all the way through). Leave 2 centimeters on the sides of each potato.
  2. Melt the butter, add the oil, rosemary, season with salt. Chop the potatoes with this mixture, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
