- Olive oil100 ml
- Margarine/butter3 tablespoon
- Rosemary, salt, dried parsley to taste
- Cut the potatoes into very thin slices, but not all the way through (use barbecue sticks to help prevent cutting).
- Arrange on a baking sheet, where they fit side by side.
- In a container, mix the oil, margarine, seasonings. Mix until smooth.
- Brush half of the mixture over the potatoes, passing between the slices.
- Put aluminum foil to cover and take it to the oven, 180 degrees, for 35 min.
- Remove, brush the rest of the seasoning and return to the oven at 200 degrees until golden.
