- Potatoes300 g
- Cheese4 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 tablespoon
- Salt and ground pepper0 to taste
- Cook the potatoes until soft.
- Remove from water and mash with a fork.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Place in greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 200° for 15 minutes
- Once ready, I garnished it with tube curd and fresh thyme.
