- Salt to taste
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Water500 ml
- Place the diced potatoes in the hot water and boil for 15 minutes.
- Then put the butter in the pan and put the potatoes without the water. Let them fry and turn when they are golden, put the salt to mix.
- When they are well golden, add the crushed garlic and let it cook a little longer, covering the pan, until the garlic is golden too.
- Finally, put the Parsley and chives. Serve immediately.
