- Potato500 g
- Cheddar Cream1 cup
- Bacon200 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cook the potatoes until they are soft, do not overcook them.
- Make shallow cuts without filling and fill these cuts with the cheddar cream
- Season everything with salt and black pepper and take the bacon cut into cubes to fry
- Finish the potatoes with the fried bacon and serve
