- Potatoes400 g
- milk2 cup
- melted butter1 tablespoon
- wheat flour2 tablespoon
- 1 pinch of salt1 to taste
- nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- olive oil1 tablespoon
- chopped onion70 g
- garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Shredded chicken breast200 g
- BBQ sauce to taste
- Gouda cheese1 cup
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. In a pan, boil the slices for 5 minutes, set aside. Take another pan and add the milk, butter and flour, stir well and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and nutmeg and mix until thickened. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and mix with the chicken breast and the barbecue sauce, stir well.
- Grease a refractory with butter and cover the bottom with the potato slices. Make a layer of cream and a layer of chicken, repeat the process and finish with the cheese. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
