- Butter3 tablespoon
- Cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots into slices, and put them to cook in salted water.
- Cook the eggs.
- The point of the potato, it is not soft enough to be mashed, just soft enough to chew, without biting it and feeling that it is hard in the middle.
- All cooked, let's drain the potatoes and carrots.
- In another pan, we will add 3 tablespoons of butter.
- Melt the butter, add the potatoes and carrots and add your favorite seasonings.
- Finally, cut the eggs, and add them to the potatoes, add (if you want) parsley and chives to taste.
- Enjoy this wonderful potato, eat it still hot to get better.
