- Tomato sauce150 g
- Cheese150 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Butter30 g
- Pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cook the potatoes in just the salted water for 25 minutes over medium heat. We mash them together with the butter.
- Season with black pepper and oregano. Fry the onion in hot oil for 3 minutes over moderate heat.
- We add salt. Add the minced meat, fry for 7 minutes over moderate heat, add the tomato puree and season with black pepper, paprika and thyme. Leave on medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the parsley. Pour the minced meat over the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
