- Baked beans600 g
- Hot water600 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)

- Carrot2 unit(s)

- Olive oil to taste
- paprika to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the sausage into pieces, fry them in a little oil for 4 minutes over moderate heat, take out a plate.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrot, pepper and garlic, if necessary add a little more oil.
- We add salt. Leave them for 5 minutes on moderate heat.
- Then add the sausage and beans. Add 600 ml of hot water. Cook for 6 minutes.
- Chop the tomatoes finely and add them to the beans, season with black pepper, paprika and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Turn off and sprinkle with parsley.
