- Fresh milk250 ml

- Stale bread to taste
- Pepper oil to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme and finely chopped onion. Add 100 ml of milk to the minced meat. Mix well. Grease a 26 cm diameter baking dish with a little oil.
- Pour the ground beef and spread it all over the bottom of the roasting pan. Bake for 6 minutes on low heat. Turn over, arrange thin slices of bread over the minced meat.
- Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and 150 ml of milk and pour them into the bread. Cover with a lid and bake for 6 minutes over low heat.
- Then turn again and arrange the tomato slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover the pan again. Leave for 3 minutes on low heat.
