- Olive oil to taste
- Tartar Seasoning to taste
- In a pan, fry the bacon and sausage.
- Then add the onion, garlic and peppers and fry well.
- After everything is fried, add the Farofa, I use the seasoned one, but use whatever you like.
- Mix everything very well and add the chives and seasonings.
- Finally add the olive oil to taste to make the farofa moist.
- Perfect accompaniment to a barbecue, beans, and whatever else you want!
